ABSTRACT

Objective:To carry out germplasm resource evaluation and new variety breeding of Murraya paniculata and improve the germplasm quality, so as to ensure the demand, yield and quality of medicinal materials. Method:Following resource investigation and collection, 17 traits of 107 M. paniculata germplasm samples, like plant type, basal diameter, leaf shape, leaf length, and leaf width were determined and then subjected to principal component analysis and factor analysis for screening the principal component factors. Nine primary traits were selected as variables for further cluster analysis using Ward's method and Euclidean distance. According to the characteristics of medicinal parts, the core germplasms were screened out. Then the contents of auxin, zeatin, zeatin nucleoside, isopentenyl adenine, isopentenyl adenine riboside, dihydrozeatin, and dihydrozeatinriboside in the leaves were measured by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), followed by their correlation analysis with agronomic trait. Result:The variation coefficients of petiole length, branching number, and basal diameter were large. The nine main factors could be classified into four categories, with a contribution rate of 72.822%. The cluster analysis with Ward's method and Euclidean distance showed that 107 germplasm samples were clustered into six clusters and 61 core germplasms were identified. Such traits as leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, leaf surface, and petiole color were found to play an important role in the classification of M. paniculata germplasms. The content of zeatin nucleoside exhibited significant positive correlations with leaf length (P<0.01), petiole length (P<0.01), and leaf width (P<0.05). Conclusion:These results have laid the foundation for further selection and breeding of M. paniculata new varieties.

ABSTRACT

Objective In order to strengthen health supervision and management of public places and prevent occurrence of sudden public health events, we explored the effect of quantified and graded management of public places health supervision in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and drew relevant research results, improving the efficiency of supervision and management in public places. Methods In 2018 from Zhuqiao Town of Pudong New Area Zhuqiao, 200 public places were randomly selected for quantified and graded management of health supervision and quantitative grading including public regulations, tobacco control and appliances, cleaning and disinfection procedures, and according to the score of evaluation results, public health levels A, B, C were rated for those public places.Single factor and multi factor conditional logistic regression model were used for comprehensive analysis to identify related factors affecting the quantitative and graded effect of public health supervision. Results With regard to quantitative and graded health supervision, the relevant knowledge in the 200 public places was updated.By univariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis of multiple factors were ultimately selected 3 factors for public health supervision and quantitative grading management:with or without a health certificate valid (OR=1.121, P=0.026), with or without ashtrays placed in public places (OR=1.012, P=0.032), with or without health inspection report (OR=1.412, P=0.012). Conclusion The influencing factors of quantifying hygienic supervision in public places are mainly effective health certificates, ashtrays in public places and health inspection reports. In future, health supervision of public places should be enhanced in this regard.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on domiciliary oxygen therapy tracking tables (DOTT) quantitative classification on domiciliary oxygen in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Forty-two cases of elderly patients with stable COPD treated by domiciliary oxygen therapy from January 2015 to March 2015 were selected as the experimental group, and were given bilateral nasal catheter domiciliary oxygen therapy, and were provided domiciliary oxygen therapy management, nursing education and intervention according to results of family oxygen therapy compliance, symptom identification and oxygen safety, and family oxygen therapy confidence evaluated by family oxygen therapy tracking table.Other 30 cases of patients with stable COPD treated by bilateral nasal catheter domiciliary oxygen therapy and routine nursing during the same period of time were selected as the control group. Both groups were provided nursing care for at least 6 months.Nursing adherence, acute episode, patient satisfaction, and quality of life score before and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, nursing adherence and patient satisfaction after 6 months in the experimental group were higher, while rate of patients with acute episodes ≥ 2 times in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05).Compared with that before nursing intervention, quality of life scores of two groups after nursing intervention were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, quality of life scores of the experimental group were all decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on domiciliary oxygen therapy tracking tables quantitative classification can effectively reduce the incidence of acute episodes, improve patient's nursing compliance, patient satisfaction, and quality of life.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop an intelligent system which is able to offer an optimized emergency treatment recommendation for fast triage automatically. Methods An algorithm and intelligent platform for grading injury were developed based on physiological signal collecting technology, intelligent grading algorithm and integration technology.A comparison between this system and traditional methods was made. Results This intelligent system was able to increase accuracy by 21%and took only 48%of the time taken by traditional methods. There was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.038<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of the triage is improved by this intelligent system that is less time-consuming.With this device, the injury statement can be identified quickly and the targeted medical treatment can be performed accurately. The efficiency of emergency treatment in case of disaster will thus be dramatically increased.
